Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA Group) is a company engaged in the field of oil palm estates and factories. BGA Group currently operates in three provinces, namely Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Riau. BGA Group business unit consists of 64 palm oil plantations (Estate) covering an area of 173.374 Hectares (Planted Area) and 13 palm oil mill (Mill) with a total capacity of 915 tonnes/hour.

Management Trainee-Associate Expert Training
An educational program designed to prepare prospective graduates who are prepared for a career as an Agronomy Assistant, Administration Assistant, and Mill Assistant. This program equips graduates with a wide range of technical and production management, competency will be produced so that graduates who are ready to compete in the run function and its work.
